Something not quite right with your purchase? We know how shit it is when you're so excited to receive a new outfit only to open it and realise it doesn't fit but don't worry because we have made the Exchange / Returns / Refund process as quick & easy as possible for you.

We are beyond excited that you have chosen to support our small business & want you to be rocking your gear asap!

Please keep in mind that is may take up to 72 hours to receive a response however we will do everything we can to put a smile on your face when we contact you.

Exchanged Items:

All items can be returned to be exchanged within a 30 day period from delivery date under the understanding that they have not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Our team will inspect the item/s upon receiving them. If they are not in good condition your exchange will not be carried out and the items can be returned back to you at you however you will be liable for the shipping cost.

Postage will need to be paid by the customer to & from to be able to return & receive their exchanged items and receive their new items.

If the new item you are requesting to exchange with is no longer available, out of stock or you are seeking a product with a price difference - the excess will need to be paid prior to the item being shipped or if the amount is less than the price you paid a store credit will be issued unless otherwise specified by you in your returns form.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom made orders.

Return Items:

Please note that you will need to pay the shipping cost to return the item/s & to pay for new items to be shipped for a store credit / alternatively you can receive a Store credit or Refund

1. Download the returns form Here

If you don't have printer that's ok, we are happy with a handwritten note including all the information required in the form.

2. Fill in the form including your order # (if you cant find it that's ok just leave it blank)

It will be a 4 digit number, keep in mind not to confuse this with your Afterpay number. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email.

3. Ship the item back using any carrier you like. (Don't forget to include your returns forms so our team can process your return as quick as possible))

5. Keep your tracking number and receipt handy

6. Please allow 2-3 days from the date the parcel is received by us to process. We will email you to notify you of the outcome of your return

7. If you do not provide a returns form we will be unable to process it and are not liable for your return not being processed correctly.

Changed your Mind? Wrong Size? Don't like the Colour?

We get it sometimes you receive an item and it's just doesn't quiet look like how you had hoped.

You can return your purchased items within 30 days from delivery date for a full refund or a store credit (Excluding sales items), If you would like to exchange the item postage will need to be covered by the customer to receive their new item

If it has passed 30 days you will be unable to receive a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.

Please not that items must not have not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Our team will inspect the item/s upon receiving them. If they are not in good condition your exchange / store credit will not be carried out. The items can be returned back to you at you however you will be liable for the shipping cost.

Sales Items:

Any items that were purchased whilst on sale including any items that have been automatically discounted at checkout cannot be exchanged

Valentino Rise complies to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Faulty Items: 

Every single item that is shipped has been individually quality control checked however if you do receive a faulty item we will be happy to offer you a Store credit, Refund or Exchange. Print out the returns form Here to complete the quick and easy steps. If the item is faulty Valentino Rise will cover shipping cost to send the replacement item of your choice to you.

Please not that exchanges will depend on available for stock and there for may need to be exchanged for a similar item or you can use the amount paid towards another item. If the new item is less than what you initially paid you will receive a store credit. If the item is more than what was originally paid you will be able to pay the remaining amount to purchase the new item.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
